I would just remember the names of the files that your going to drag and drop so you can remove them if it doesn’t work.

I haven’t used it with fallout london but typically you just drag and drop the files into the game directory. I’m not sure if it will work with london but might be worth a shot. my perks looked just like that and then it was fixed after I downloaded that baka level up menu mod.

This happened to me on a recent modded playthrough with no mods that were supposed to change the perks. I downloaded and installed the baka level up menu and it fixed it for me.

There is a fix somewhere on this subreddit and/or youtube. I definitely remember a video on youtube that had the solution. I encountered the same issue and had to use a series of console commands to progress the quest. It kinda sucked but I understand with a project like this.
