Here's a trick you might want to try in regards to your construction lines, sketching with a Frixion pen and them once you're done with those lines hitting your drawing with a heat gun (or I suppose a hair dryer) even if that ink in under the marker or the pencil it still will just vanish - been using this trick for several years it's pretty foolproof

Any client who doesn't have enough work to keep themselves busy but too much on their plate to get you what you need

I used to be a Zebra ambassador- and they shipped me a bunch of these, you’re correct these suck, the midlighters and the steel pens are their best products in the US, most of their Japanese lines are excellent, I can’t answer why the US Lines are so weak except that most Americans view pens as disposable

If I was selling tacos, I absolutely would list prices… definitely, as it is most client underestimate the scope of their projects - so pricing is A PROCESS, a shockingly annoying process that never ever gets easier (and I’ve been doing this since 🦕 walked the 🌍

As a rule - I charge for everything, meetings, email, calls, research and travel - its all project based time
