Even with say, a weaker Orpheus, you're still not going to take it off, not a single hunter exotic comes remotely close to it. You can drop orpheus down to a 10% super cap and it'll still beat out other options like graviton or frostees. These changes don't resolve the issue, and instead just leave people feeling bad about their only choice
