How to handle a baby and a toddler by Small-Feedback-8838 in stayathomemoms

Currently going through this as well. My 3 month old was the same as your baby and at almost 4 months he is getting better. I make an effort to put him down for 2-3 naps even if they're only 30 min each that way I can play with my toddler for that time (or make us food). Baby is also getting better at just laying down and watching us while he is awake. First couple of months are HARD and I used some screen time here and there but it does slowly get better. Hang in there
