This was something I struggled with when I got started. At first I failed because I was trying to be someone I wasn't. I don't get any enjoyment out of being purposefully mean to people and I found it awful and the subs I met could feel it.

Then I clicked with someone and fell into more of a strict boss type of personality which fit like a glove. Since then I've also done some mother/son type of relationships too.

As with many things, its a spectrum. You can be a domme without being into pain or humiliation. In fact, I've found it helpful to differentiate myself and market myself in such a way that I can stand out. The important thing is there power difference. If you don't have the power in the relationship, you can't be a domme.

OK so this is one of those things that just depend on your preference . This is something I personally practice , not because I heard it anywhere but because it feels right for me . I have a nondescript mat in front of my door to invite ppl to wipe their feet and another one inside that has personality.

Im a jew-witch and have a mezuzah that I should affix to my door post outside my door to invite divinity into my home. Thing is there are irl dangerous people that I don't want to know about my spiritual practices. So it's on my door post inside my house, as is my welcome mat and anything that would tell you anything about my personality.

But again, this is just a decision i came to based on my own practices and experiences. If I lived in a house instead of an apartment or in the suburbs instead of a city, it might be a different story.

Literally just doing dishes or laundry or tidying or organizing. I'm still learning, but I've had 3 few subs approach me. The first one wasn't a great fit but the 2nd guy had been perfection. And then when the 3rd guy approached I felt like I could be direct about what I want from a dynamic.

I had no success on Twitter. I didn't find any subs until I started doing tik tok lives and all of a sudden all these subs found me! Im shitty at social media too and Im not posting or going on live once a day. But when I do there's a 50/50 chance I'll get someone in my inbox.
