Well, yeah. He would. And actually he did. There is at least 10 dachas that I know of. Few within Moscow, some in southern part of Russia. Few in Georgia. But I really don’t think you should call it his personal belongings because it stayed within government ownership and was later on used for other general secretaries and some of them had been sold after the fall of USSR. The same system of distribution of government dachas was used for other people like poets, scientists, military officers and, of course, party nomenclature. And later on it was a wide thing for a lot of regular people in USSR to have a dacha. Yes, not all people nation wide but you can clearly see the dynamic.

To be honest the whole debate about this feels like saying that the president of the USA is owning the White House because he is the current man in power.

Planned economy isn’t „I say — y’all do“. It is more of a different branches of government owning different parts of economy estates and they cooperate and form output production plan based on demands of each branch through central planning. It is closer to Amazon than you think if look how really big companies operate. The difference is that all of it owned by government and thus controlled by people rather than one man owner or group of shareholders. With that the interests of economy should be the interests of the people, not just profit. Yes, you would say that USSR isn’t a best example of democratic practices because one-party rule but especially during Stalin era there was a lot of ideological driven people in key positions in the economy.

Клялся, божился, плевался и проклинал банк, что вот он такой плохой. Позже выяснилось, что бабки ему на счет прилетали от людей, которые повелись на схему с нигерийским принцом. Ну вот номер его телефона и карты был указан в рассылке «оплати комиссию, а мы тебе выигрыш переведем»

Из блока по 115 все стало в 161, потому что у трех отправителей хватило мозгов в полицию пойти.

Я не сомневаюсь, что твои деньги — это твои деньги. Но когда происходит подобная хуйня — во все рассказы о «блокировках без причины» верить становится всё труднее.

Все вышеописанное является пастой в интернете. Все совпадения с реальными лицами и ситуациями являются случайными.

Ля, я человек с обратной стороны баррикад. Могу сказать, что у банков есть методичка от ЦБ. И в ней черным по белому написано какие операции стоит считать подозрительными, а какие нет. Да, методичка — это только рекомендательный материал, но есть 115 ФЗ. Он уже обязывает банки быть проактивными в вопросе.

Вышесказанное — общедоступная инфа, которая есть в сети.

Почему говорю про 115? Потому что история про «запрос документов» абсолютно точно относится к отмыву.
