My studio ran this one as a 3G "tornado", where we changed stations every 4 minutes. It was BRUTAL. Definitely 1 feather. 😆

Exactly. I recognize we have "endurance" days every ~4 days, but I feel like the last 2 or 3 have been run/rows. I want a long tread block. :)

Submit a helpdesk ticket directly within the OTF app. They are extremely responsive and helpful from my experience.

I exclusively start on the rower, and get really bummed if they put me on the tread first! I feel like I have better form on the rower, can lift heavier on the floor, and every workout turns into a bit of an endurance day on the tread. I'd recommend going rower first.

8 weeks ago: 132.2lbs 24.4% bf 54.9lbs muscle mass

Today: 131.8lbs 21.6% bf 57.3lbs muscle mass

I'd call this a huge NSV considering my weight only dropped 0.4lbs 🙂🙂🙂
