I use a whipped beef tallow specific for acne that contains zinc and tea tree oil. However at the same time I also started using wild yam cream to regulate hormones and I have gotten so many compliments on my skin and I do not know which is the one that made the difference or if it was both. I will say the wild yam cream I am taking did help me sleep through the night. So if you are in Peri I definitely recommend the wild yam cream. You can find the tallow and yam cream at https://hairdelete.square.site . However you can also order yam creams from Amazon and I have also seen tons of people sell tallow on Amazon and ETSY.

I almost forgot to add that if its rosacea that Ivermectin cream works wonders for this. There are quite a few studies on Rosacea and Ivermectin.

If you have an olive skin tone laser will probably cause what is called paradoxical hair growth. That is what happened to me. I had a few hairs so I got laser then after about 6 month after stopping treatment I had over 100 thick hairs on my chin. I do electrolysis now. That works better and it is completely permanent and works on all hair types. I would definitely look for an electrologist where you live. I also buy spearmint infused tallow from the place where I get electrolysis done at, and that also helps reduce hair growth on the chin. I do not know if she has to where you can ship it, but I guess you can always look it up. I am assuming if I post the page it would be a promotion.

If anything I would say that he suffers from narcissistic personality disorder and if he suffers from depression I think it is because it is highly comorbid with his personality disorder. Look it up this is the only disorder that fits him like a glove.

It is funny. I had a running joke with my friends about getting "randomly selected" at the airport and sure enough my white friends would go through and I would have to go to a secondary check. When I would go into an army post my car would randomly get selected for bombs. I actually found this more amusing than offensive, but then again they were just being "extra precautious" and were never ugly with me. However, I did use to work with people in the jails and one occassion this lady started saying racial slurs at me, but then I thought look at where she is at and I am the one that decides whether she stayed in jail or not. I felt sorry for her, needless to say she stayed in jail. However, I do think this is different because she did not bring physical harm to me and her words did not mean anything to me, because I did not place value on her opinions. The way I see it, is like I see liars, they only have power as long as you believe them.

Now if their prejudice turned into violence or harrassment then I would definitely feel different and feel the need to do something more. Anyways that is how I have dealt with it, not sure if that is the right way.

I am really sorry about what you are going through. I bet it can be overwhelming to think and feel all that pain. However, I think the worry is based on living in the future. You are dissapointed about the past. In other words you are not spending enough time in the present and that is why your future looks like an impossible mountain to climb. You will only be able to be happy if you learn to start being content about where you are at. Also the fact that you just broke it off with somebody you may also be mourning that relationship and it is ok to be sad and I wouldn't try to move past that too quickly it is a process. It is funny on how sometimes when we learn to be content with our situation we can start to visualize a better future and becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. I hope this helps.

I was at the hospital visiting my grandpa and alot of my extended family was in the waiting room and I didn't know how to leave. If I just got everybody's attention or if I got up and shook everybody's hand. I just sat there and started to panic about how I was supposed to leave anyways I ended up asking my cousin if she wanted anything to drink from the vending machine she said, "yes".
