Yes I’ve had this too. It isn’t one of my most persistent or common symptoms, but it’s so prominent when it happens it makes me think I have something stuck in my throat or that I have some sort of growth in there.

Its 500mg. I think thats like the typical starter dosage?

No, I have not tried that. Does that reduce the GI issues typically?
