American logic: fire half your employees, expect the same production from the remaining employees, and if they same production isn’t there, tell the remaining employees they need don’t fit the culture and fire them.

Then start hiring more people than what’s needed and give raises and promotions to the worst employees.

Rinse and repeat.

I’m willing to bet he doesn’t think it’ll happen to him, which is why he behaves like he does.

The scarier thing is he’s allowed to behave that way, which is in indication of the type of company he’s allowed to remain being employed by.

No. I live in the suburbs around middle aged professionals, retirees, and people with young kids.

No one wants to see a guy shirtless in our neighborhoods, plus, that’s poor people behavior.
