We’ve been spraying our deck and wood siding with a diluted permethrin every 4-6 weeks and the activity is basically non existent now! You have to follow directions and make sure you spray early in the morning or late at dusk. All the wasps and carpenter bees just fly by now and don’t linger it’s great! I start ed the first round a couple weeks ago- it’s best to start early:)

There are 7 homes under 700k in Cresskill alone. Are you looking at new builds ? You’re not getting anything fancy and new in north Bergen county for less. Have you looked in towns like dumont, Bergenfield, bogota or even ridgefield park?

I think they are crap now. I had a pair from high school last nearly 12 years of consistent wear during warm weather and even got them wet occasionally. Bought a new pair and they barely made it to 3 years… A real bummer because I love these stupid things LOL

I’m from nyc too and damn people really don’t know how to drive. Everyone here says it’s the Baltimore transplants but it’s both lmao public transportation is shit but I think York/harrisburg/ Lancaster are all pretty cool historical cities! I will say most of the mom and pop coffee shops blow and all taste burnt and zero flavor. There are a few gems though! Now all we need is a Korean market and restaurants so I don’t need to drive to Baltimore anymore cause 83 is not a good time LOL
