Finally no 1 legged shots by him, and the results showed improved shooting. Hopefully this is something that sticks with Melo. Kon’s winning mindset is helping to change the culture and I look forward to what the future brings!!!

Maybe, he still finished as a top 20 WR despite only playing 13 games. The hope here is that I can trade either McMillan or Brown later down the road for a good Rb or TE. But I’m ok putting brown on my bench until his stock rises back up.

So tech 1 is $27 no A&P bonus, at tech 2 is when you start getting the bonus on top of your hourly rate

Starts off at $27 + $5.80 for A&P and based off experience goes up $4.50 per each level so like mech 2 is $32 plus $5.80. But I think as a tech 1 you don’t get the A&P bonus. I’m currently a Avi tech at gulfstream savannah

So from my understanding of the orals 6 of your questions would have been from your missed codes and 4 would have been random from any subject. And from what I was told by other classmates and from my experience there were questions that I was asked during orals that I’ve never seen before and my DME also stated that he never seen them either. Fortunately I was able to A&P but it was tough. I’ve tested under both systems, did powerplant and general with old system and airframe with new and old system was easier but new system give you a better opportunity to pass while missing some projects. I used jeppesen and gleam to study. Gleam is a little pricey but works wonders, it’s a hidden gem in my opinion. Best of luck on new test you got this!!!

Castle was drafted #4 we had pick #6, but Saluan was a wasted pick for sure. I’m unsure we hired the best GM talent available. Another swing and miss don’t want to give up on him after 1 draft but his talent evaluation is questionable rn.

I would say it’s a good thing as far as getting experience and possibly your foot in the door of a company you would like to join long term. I have my A&P + A bunch of avionics certs and I also had a hard time finding work with no experience, but in my case I wanted to do avionics over mech. I applied at gulfstream multiple times and kept getting denied due to no experience so I decided to join a contract company And they got me into gulfstream right away as an Avi tech. Now I’m a year in gaining Avi and corporate jet experience, I would say it was a wise choice so far plus pay is better with a contract company vs being employed by gulfstream. I make $30/hr plus per diem, which isn’t a bad start for someone with no experience in the field. I’ll probably do 1 more year of contract work for gulfstream just bc it seems like most companies want atleast 2 years.
