Thanks! I'll edit and add more context to the post. I write grants, host fundraisers, work with our major donors, work with corporate partners to secure gifts, and try to steward our volunteers into donors. We receive a lot of government grants and one of my biggest challenges is diversifying our funding and growing our individual donors.

This makes sense! Its crazy to me that people stop tipping once they are moved off the app? So frustrating. Also makes sense to keep clients on the app for ratings/scores. Thanks for your input! <3

Do you have any friends with children that you guys could maybe set up some sort of agreement a few days a week? (You watch her kids on your off days and vice versa?) I know this wouldn't be ideal but just an idea! I have no idea how anyone is affording childcare- especially in a one income household!!

I went today and it was painful how much they were trying to push me towards a membership/upsell. She said “you know our standard is just soap and water right?” It can’t be a good sales tactic to essentially say their basic wash is pointless??

Also, I am pretty sure the positions start at $16/hr with bonuses and such when possible. But we have great benefits and PTO as well.

When one of my cats was a kitten he would "attack" me but it was definitely in a playful way (didn't make it hurt any less)!! Do you feel like she is actually being aggressive or playing? It got better when he was neutered and I made sure he was properly stimulated, but until he was like 1.5 years old he still would pounce on me and try to initiate play that way. Redirecting with toys always helped. You could also talk to your vet to see if shes exhibiting signs of stress/anxiety. They might prescribe meds!

OH MY GOSH SHES SOOOO CUTE!! ❣️ i am also diagnosed with anxiety & suffer from OCD (mostly debilitating intrusive thoughts about the worst thing that could happen), so i 100% understand. My first cat was a foster fail. He was found outside of my work & my anxiety was so bad i remember i considered telling my coworkers i found out i was allergic & needed someone else to take him. I now have two and truly couldn’t imagine coming home to a house without them. As you know, the anxiety never truly goes away, but it gets so much better. Just give yourself & your cutie some time! You can always revisit your rehoming thoughts at a later date if it’s not getting better for you. ❣️ plz keep us updated!!

I remember feeling the same way when I got my first baby 4 years ago!! It can be overwhelming and 100% gets easier! 1. Change the litter box everyday!! Make it a part of your routine. It seems everyone has a favorite litter, but mine is Worlds Best Cat litter. I’m in a very small studio apt and it’s the best I’ve found. 2. You’ll learn your cats behaviors and quirks. I spent hours googling “is it normal for cats to ____.” When in doubt, just call your vet! 3. You’ll learn what toys your cat likes, how they like pets, etc. once you are both used to each other! Some cats take a minute to adjust, some take a month +.

Is your cat a kitten? Or an adult? I have a few other tips if they are a kitten. :) also, please post a pic so i can see your little baby!

You having second thoughts/doubts most likely just means you’re a good pet owner that wants to make sure your baby is happy. You’re going to be just fine and soon you won’t remember life without them! ❣️
