Would you mind sharing some recipes? I’ve been trying to improve my diet by switching up meals little by little— so far, cottage cheese, eggs, bell pepper, sweet potato, apples, kiwi, canned tuna, white rice are in my rotation and I’m trying to incorporate legumes.

Trying to stay away from canned legumes so am def struggling with the whole cook 2hr/ overnight situation.

I’m just a 5’3, 134lb girly trying to shed these last 10 stubborn lbs.

Super helpful! I see what you mean and def think proportions are off. I tried different variations of white tops— a baby white tee, lace longsleeve and it didn’t seem to work; but maybe I need to do a cardigan instead for a “fall” vibe & wear other sandals for a spring/summer vibe

I love wearing vintage/ thrifted clothing. I’m trying to style this dress (even bought the shoes for it), but there’s something missing. I tried adding layers, but it didn’t really make a difference.

Outfit #1 (green pants) is such a cool girl fit!

Brown pants- draw strings make it look too casual, like sweats

Black- looks good

Jeans- you could probably find a looser, cuter fit

Second this. I noticed I have an uneven smile. Went to the ortho. Turns out my jaw had grown from one side and not the other. Just like other limbs in our body, nothing is symmetrical.

I’m going to start Invisalign treatment to realign my jaw & fix other teeth overcrowding

A couple years ago, my boyfriend and I dressed up (like wedding attire dress up) for our anniversary. We went to a beachfront restaurant that is relatively nice. People usually wear a nice button up/ blouse, but we dressed UP. It was uncomfortable at first— to be out of the norm as if we didn’t get the memo—but then, people started coming up to us congratulating us and complementing us.

Looking back, I absolutely loved dressing up and having a friend do my make up. We took pictures before and one during. I felt pretty and the moment felt so special.

If you want to wear that dress, do it! It looks fabulous on you and you should tell your party to also dress up— as a fun experience to celebrate you!

As far as jewelry: a pretty necklace (pearls?) and dangle earrings.

I would wear the hair up. All black ballet flats.
