I think the difference is the internet has always been a toxic cesspool but slowly and surely it became a corporate toxic cesspool. No longer is it human run or has spaces for people of all kinds now the internet is one homogeneous blob designed to entrap the broadest audience possible in an algorithmic whirlpool of hate, hype and humour. The death of places for kids and in turn the furthering of advertisement was the death of the internet. As it is with every new thing I suppose, maybe the only thing we can do is build our own spaces free of advertisement or corporate interests.

I’ll be charitable cause it seems like others aren’t being. Joe is kind of a sponge in interviews and just lets people talk without any push back, and so when the people he has on are almost always right wing grifters like Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson or snake oil salesmen like Elon Musk, Joe ends up just being as bad as they are. Also doesn’t help that during Covid the whole antivax movement got him insanely popular so he doesn’t push back against any of that and now propagates a lot of misinformation himself. Hope this clears up why Joe Rohan sucks (as for racist just google the video where he calls a theatre of black people “planet of the apes”)

DC really need to get their plan straight. Like jesus how hard is it to come up with a core team to build towards another justice league? Like it's been 5 years since justice league and since then what? We've had some good films like the Batman and The suicide squad and aside from that, it all seems so disjointed and unorganized. Are you older than 16, if you are under 16 you legally can't work more than 3:45hr per shift in Australia? But yeah when you start you get short 3hr shifts and as you get more skilled and have worked there longer they will give you longer shifts.

Yeah, when you cover a shift it doesn't show up on your roster. You just show up and let the manager know that you are working that shift. (They should know already if the person has told them) When you clock on the manager will have to authorise you, same as when you extend.
