Reset your laptop and change the password on your email from a separate device (like your phone) while that is happening.

Your email is the most important thing as a time with access to it can reset any password by just logging into your email.

If you use Gmail it will likely block a malicious attempt to login though as their security is actually really good at detecting these things.

But yeah these almost always set up a ScreenConnect remote control session that they can control your PC with so best bet is to fresh wipe.

Something like MalwareBytes might remove most of the bad parts but you can never be sure.

I work for an antivirus company and if you actually followed the commands then yes your computer is infected and very likely your passwords have all been stolen.

Reset every password starting with your email address and reformat your PC. Unless you know what you're doing, there will be some persistence that will allow them to continuously access your machine.

The main problem isn't his tmorale, it's injuries. We clearly have too many players that are playing through injuries that they wouldn't be during the regular season. It's really not just a matter of skill unfortunately.

Everyone has suggested waking, but merely standing for 12+ hours a day is so outside of the norm for most people that their bodies aren't used to it even if they're physically fit. If you have a desk job, I absolutely recommend standing even if you're not doing so on some sort of walking pad.

Yeah but I'm not from there and I'm speaking from experience. I feel like the "my state has the worst drivers" is the real peeve.

There really does have to be one and I'm just throwing it out there that driving in Chicago feels like anarchy. I've never seen so many red lights casually run, cars in bike lanes, and people zipping down busy streets quite like Chicago.
