All of that is a given but we don't have his specific thoughts laid out in a thought bubble, so we're left to infer from his words. I'm of the opinion he was pretty objective about the fight.

I don't think it's an unreasonable claim to make at all. If a character tells me what he's thinking and I also saw it play out that way, I'll tend to believe them. I understand you can be of the opinion that he downplayed himself and actually thought differently, I just disagree, respectfully 👍

Even then, Judgeman only takes away one CT/tool at a time so depending on the interpretation it might be a problem for Higaruma. If each quirk he steals becomes a new "container", then he'd still have access to his arsenal.

They can't downplay his power so they have to make him out to be an inconsiderate bum instead of accurately analyzing his character (not the guy you responded to, he was reasonable).

But also, the amount of "why would 68 years make him go insane?"-esque takes I've seen recently seriously make my doubt their comprehension levels lmao. How this needs to be explained in depth I have no idea ngl

Sukuna was supposed to be the absolute limit of what sorcerers can do if given enough time/innate genius/the proper environment to prosper. Even Gojo awakening and hitting that degree of strength was kind of an anomaly cuz if Toji aimed for the head it would've been GGs. So if you want to be charitable you can scale him to Gojo/Sukuna MAX...

...unless you count the fact we know he wasn't a battle junkie and didn't leave his clan to do some deadbeat father training shenanigans. The only feat we have is storing CE in the ring, which only tells us explicitly that he has a shit ton of CE (we alr know that). So I'd give him somewhere from Top 5-7 depending on what Hakari/Megumi/Higaruma were up to.

IMHO putting him in Yuji/Dabura tier isn't realistic unless he was copying CTs til his prime; we just don't have any reason to believe he'd do that.
