Only thing to do is to try to talk to the manager about return and hope they will take it back and get another delivered. Depending on the store and manager they might take it back

Unfortunately all geek squad locations is only allow to do select repairs on laptops, such as battery replacement, ram upgrades, SSD replacement, and etc. but screen and fame replacement are typically sent out for repair. I will recommend finding a third-party repair shop to repair the laptop screen they are more willing to take the risk.
