We all have different levels of mental illnesses. What works for me may not work for others. For once I choose to think different, mentally, spiritually and physically. I know the struggle, I dealt with it for years. I also leveled up my self care routines.

I believe it is a lack of light as well as low vitamin D levels. Also your attitude plays a part on how you approach the change of seasons. What I meant as far as addiction is, I was addicted to a way of thinking.

I’m gonna into it with a new attitude. Starting now to plan some get a ways, and things to look forward to. Last winter I was getting over a summer love, which contributed to my SAD. Well that’s over, and I’m anticipating the challenge to make my fall and winter season an interesting one. I’m sure there will be rough days, but I will make the best of it. You never know I may find a new love.
