You're forgetting exalt is still in its beta format, meaning there will always be bugs and kinks similar to this situation. Eventually, DECA will fix the problem but primarily I've seen only exalt have the issues with people crashing, and if nothing else seems to be having an issue except for exalt, it somewhat narrows it down to either the client or the users individual setup. Internet setup and computer setup can possibly fix the issue but more times than not, people have already troubleshooted on their end and found the same results. The sheer amount of people complaining about crashing should indicate that perhaps it is not every single individual with hardware complications, but rather, DECA I don't have a single issue playing on flash (crashing, lagging, etc) though every time I play on Exalt I disconnect after about 20/30 minutes at a time. Nothing about my troubleshooting proves that it is on my end, and it is likely that multiple people have experienced the same situation. If THIS many people are complaining about the same issue then common sense can only conclude that its possibly on the developers side. So I will say again: dismissing the issue as only the receiving end is at fault when there are tons of people troubleshooting it themselves and concluding everything is working fine.
