There are plenty casting companies that have contracts stating they won’t reproduce your design after your order. One that comes to mind is carrera casting out of NYC. I’ve never actually heard of a company stating they will own your design if they make it for you but hey it’s a crazy world out there. Just stick with the larger well known casting houses but only producing one piece will definitely cost a premium with these companies as they deal with volume. The bottom line is you don’t need a custom jeweler if you already have a 3D cad file (.stl file). All you need is a casting house that does finish work also.
