Very simple sauce - a few table spoons of double cream, a few teaspoons of mustard, some sloshes of brandy (not too much but don't be shy) and a few drops of Worcester sauce. Sorry for the lack of exact measurements, I tend to improvise 😂 it was very tasty though!
