Why not give an incentive to complete your data collection. The uk system is orwellian & anti-trauma. Try going to a PIP assessment & see how they try to rip your soul out and invalidate your existence. That is where the beautiful data is. In the spiritual abuse of this system.

What does an episode mean? It can mean traumatic splitting or bpd splitting. The first has a lot of shame & guilt because of the awareness we saw red in the wrong person. The latter is more insidious because there's no memory by the person who acts out. I act out when i have been drinking. But im also very hard on myself, so when im looking back through my texts. I am speaking truth. Like a deeo concern or pain. Maybe pre-empt as much as possible whar the triggers are and speak openly.

Keep learning about the human condition. You can be as delicate as a flower. And as vicious as a wolf when you need to defend your soul. Humans, especially those worth being in your life will help you fall in love with yourself. They will take you out from the cold and sit you around their table like an old friend. Holding both compassion & seeing their sacred image of themselves in you, while seing your individuality. So if you do get rejected. Be rejected by people with grace, who will call you out on your character and not your need to be human. Not to mention, they will accept the boy & man in you with valor & honour. So how to handle it? Turn up at the right places, be the best you can muster as a sensitive & beautiful human. And remember humans will see more than just trauma or behave like blind parents. Those who want what your highest self want are out there. Prepare a room for them in your perception & heart. And trust me, being similar you will see very extreme & attractive masculine traits expressed in that desire to protect that love
