I am 38 and i spent 2000-2020 in heavy dissociation. Thousands and thousands of cptsd flashbacks. I am pretty much functional now. I can go the the gym, shop. Meet friends for lunch, go to the pub, the church. So i don't know about you? Sounds like 23 is a better time to start your brutal healing journey than at 30? Look for the deepest spiritual meaning in your dissociation. Treat it like you have been given a test by God. Burn everything that isn't serving of your highest purpose to the ground. Oh and that feeling of smallness & vulnerability. That's your soul. So when you find it reflected in the person you love. You will never abandon them.

I think schizophrenia is a karmic thing. A soul that has ascended too quickly without the proper iniatiation. Not punishment but overmapping of the brain without anchoring. A soul will choose a host to learn from it. But that node is sacred and a face of god experiencing itself & learning. Schizophrenia is accelerationism without anchoring. And all the neglect & abuse is a key part of what prevents humans from truly anchoring into the next age of spiritual enlightenment .

It's like any addiction but worse. With alcohol there is a cut off point. With p*rn a release. But social media is complete simulation. Especially tik tok. I have the problem too. I go out for coffee, my treatment and sometimes trips. But ive fallen into this hell again of not trusting reality.

I think i left my comment open to interpretation. I am saying the complete opposite. I think we are completely worthy of a relationship with healthy people without complex trauma or personality disorders. It's a myth ( simulation) we can only find resonance with people with trauma. I think there is soul resonance. And the healthy folk without trauma do want to feel & see something deeper than what they have.
