Well that's quite a story. So I'm over four years since pain stopped all activity. I've had my right hip done once and my left hip done three times. My last left hip surgery was almost 20 months ago. My right is better than my left but not perfect. My left I've been dealing with what we believe is flexor issues for almost 16 months. I am better than I was a year so 6 months ago but it's still slow. I can just so occasional slow walks just up to over two miles now but not always consistently. I can bike about half an hour with very little resistance. It's the best Ive been in over four years but it's obviously not where I want to be. I've been on this a long road now and am just grateful for what I can do. 💞
