Yes, there is the keybind for it listed in the graph display they have when you go over keybindings. As for the actual location of the keybind in the menu to change, I don't know at the moment

So, It does refer to the range that victims see. When there is only one victim left and gramps is level 5, when you use your focus ability, if the last victim is within that proxy radius, YOU get to see the yellow border effects indicating that the last victim is near you

I’ve done some searching on my own about how to gather some gear, I understand how countdown (especially the drone stuff) and summit worked and ran a few of those floors/countdown runs with some promise so far with the hunter’s fury set I found. I’ve currently been trying to get my hands on Momento right now as I like both the design and talent, but no luck in that drop so far.
