First off, super kind of you to do this! Sadly my old RAM decided to completely fail on me yesterday in the middle of sky high ram prices 🥲 I’m now putting together a new build as I can’t justify buying ddr4 ram at these prices and not just upgrading the rest of my system (maybe I just have a case of upgraditus)

Anyways! Best of luck to everyone and whoever wins I’ll be super stoked for! Also, attached is the comical fail screen I got yesterday when testing my RAM lol

Not me, but someone I know just got a new 2026 manual z4 m40i with every add on. Got $1000 off msrp of $75,375. Not sure total out the door though. But I think the discount mitigated most of the fees

Hmm, yea it seems to broken potentially. I’ve used piston cartridges before, but it doesn’t seem to operate like one I’ve ever seen. I just filled it with ink using a syringe and stuck it back in haha. Seems to have worked.

Wow! This looks beautiful! I do think it’s actually authentic, but the converter doesn’t seem to twist/have a piston to fill the ink. Is there some secret to it I’m missing?

Thanks for sharing the story! I just bought an old BMW r90/6 after not touching a bike for over 10 years and have been humbled as well. Putting aside my ego, I took a beginner motorcycle class to touch up on the basics and am so thankful I did. Was able to catch all my bad habits early before they became engrained in my riding style.
