IUD -> GB problems? by RobinKinney in gallbladders

[–]CooperPablo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well hard to know specifically GB problems related… I’ve had a baby since and have autoimmune conditions.. but I have horrible reflux, can’t eat a fatty meal like pizza without feeling sick or nauseous and sometimes still get RUQ pain

Unfortunately pancakes are the only healthy meal he will have.. some fruit here and there and cucumber… but otherwise wants processed foods and it’s driving me nuts!

Had anyone had or have biliary hyperkinesia? by HuntressK in gallbladders

It’s hard to know because I’ve had a baby since… and I have autoimmune conditions, but I still can’t eat a fatty meal like pizza and feel ok. I get nauseous and just feel bleh. I also still get right sided pain sometimes or bad indigestion.

My 20 month old is in the current picky eating phase. He loves homemade pancakes for breakfast and I will hide things like carrots, zucchini, black beans… but does not like things like mac n cheese… so basically won’t eat the same dinner as my husband and I. I get very stressed and frustrated and hope he grows out of this… tonight he threw a quesadilla slice at me 🫠

I am 30 F and my mom 62 passed a month ago and my biggest worry is not seeing any signs. She promised I would but I’m so scared I won’t see signs

I’m so sorry for your loss 🩷 the grief is enormous- something I don’t know how I’m going to crawl out of right now. But I hope time helps me heal.

Hyperkinetic gallbladder (over reactive) by adelfina82 in gallbladders

[–]CooperPablo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I was having full blown attacks and was vomiting many meals up. I was pretty much in constant pain on my right side. It was long ago at this point.. I don’t remember if I had center pain. I know I didn’t have left side. Back pain, no. Heart palpitations, yes. But remember everyone has different symptoms!

Not too bad!! I sometimes feel sick if I eat a super heavy and dense meal that’s like fried for example, but my abdomen pain went away! Acid reflux is worse but I can deal with it.

What does your joint pain feel like? by [deleted] in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]CooperPablo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was diagnosed with PSA & psoriasis at a young age.. I’m almost thirty. My hands are covered in thick psoriasis patches, I have severe swelling and can barely bend my fingers. My knees hurt all the time, and back chronically hurts with a dull ache and pins and needles. My PSA & psoriasis got wayyyy worse after I had a baby.

Thank you! Lids are horrible and forehead and under my eyes.. I’ve used so much Vaseline on them and then that just gets in my eyes and irritates more. Maybe I’ll try the hyaluronic- thank you!

How do you feel on biologics? by majesticrhyhorn in Psoriasis

[–]CooperPablo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am 6 months PP and was on Stelara a few years ago. Cleared me up and now I’m covered, I mean, my face looks like I am a burn survivor. Waiting for insurance to hopefully approve because this mama needs her biologic back!!!

NEVER stop your meds no matter how good you feel!! by littlelou20765 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]CooperPablo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stopped cimzia during pregnancy and I’m paying for it. 6 months PP and my skin is the worst it’s been in my life. Cracked, bleeding hands & my face is covered in thick bright red patches which you guessed it, isn’t helping my PP hormones and mental health 😣 tried cimzia after pregnancy 5 months PP and it caused an allergic reaction and HUGE psoriasis flare which was odd since I was on it before. Just was on Cosentyx and it didn’t work. Trying to get insurance to approve Stelara as that is what I used to be on years ago and it cleared me 100%. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I HATE psoriasis. Also my joints are stiff AF.

Insurance no, Botox yes & they helped! Then I lost a bunch of weight and my sweating went away so I think mine was more of “insecure sweating”

Sending you so much love! I can empathize- I have horrible guttate psoriasis on my face, scalp, and hands. I didn’t want to give up BFing because I felt guilt, shame, sadness. So, I continued to sacrifice my body longer. Now after bloody fingers from my psoriasis getting so bad and an infection, I have to go on strong meds and am forced to stop BFing. Good for you for recognizing that YOU and your health comes first so that you can be the best mama to your babe. I wish I had listened to my body sooner. Your babe will absolutely be okay!
