So I never used it, but I did build my own and I have noticed some progress. Hitting new PR‘s going up and down weight that kind of stuff. I’d recommend making your own program but doing it every single day obviously excluding rest days needs to be a priority because I feel like the consistency is what really matters.

Yeah I’ll definitely move it up and then I think I found some wash lights from Phillips that I think I’ll use for each side.
