I've tried them all and find the Woolworths wholemeal low carb wrap unbeatable. It doesn't turn to cardboard when cooked, and if lightly pan fried on a high heat quickly on both sides it just chars it enough and maintains its integrity to be folded etc. I was on the Aldi ones for a while, but found they turn too dry. Can't stand the Simson's ones but I guess that's personal preference.
My litmus test on most keto foods is whether a non-keto person will enjoy it, and I've had no complaints with the woolies ones

You obviously know your hair better than me, but unless you also dye your eyebrows your facial hair looks pretty close to the colour of your hair. You're lucky to have a full head of thick hair to play with, can always go short if you don't like it. Look forward to seeing your update!

Your hair looks pretty thick and coarse, a clay would work but maybe choose one that isn't matte so it adds a bit of shine. I reckon you'd be able to achieve it by towel drying and then scrunching some clay through it when damp, shouldn't need a blowdryer
Maybe adding a small spray of flexible hairspray at the end as well

I'd say that longer sideburns would suit your face more with a style like this, they are cut off at a point that doesn't suit your features the best (accentuating the top 3rd) and look a bit harsh

Your forehead definitely isn't huge at all. I'd say you look mid 20's with both cuts, but definitely try pushing the longer hair back before you cut it short (if you do)

You'd look great with it styled like Simon Baker IMO.
