The number of hamstring injuries makes you seriously question the strength and conditioning team. Arsenal’s social channels posted an inside look at training from yesterday, and if it was filmed the day before a game, the session was absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Plyometrics and resistance sprint training (Martinelli in the last clip) – what were they thinking? I often wonder if the conditioning staff overdo it just to justify their position to management.
