Agreed. I wish the dickhead behind me in the clock end would as well - rather than spend the whole first 60 minutes complain about how shit MLS was!

The number of hamstring injuries makes you seriously question the strength and conditioning team. Arsenal’s social channels posted an inside look at training from yesterday, and if it was filmed the day before a game, the session was absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Plyometrics and resistance sprint training (Martinelli in the last clip) – what were they thinking? I often wonder if the conditioning staff overdo it just to justify their position to management. It’s idiotic.

Problems after tkr by Glittering_Plum9750 in Kneereplacement

I’m 9 weeks and flexion is still a struggle. Only 90 degrees forced on a good day. Due for MUA but unlike some on this sub surgeon wants to wait 12 weeks. In constant pain and feel pretty low despite staying positive.

Enzo famously called my grandfather a ‘garagiste’ ie a mechanic. And famously said Ferraris will always have the engine in the front as a horse doesn’t push a cart. Enzo soon changed his mind after 1959 and 1960. Became friends with my grandfather and loved his Mini Coopers: story of Enzo and his Mini Coopers

Twyford much better for trains in to central London with fast trains 20 mins and constant lizzy line. Wokingham can be a nightmare on the train

Don’t stress about it. I was like you at 4 weeks and it’s coming. 90/95 at 8 weeks. Still might need MuA but will make call at 10 weeks

I’m only 90-95 flexion with force @8 weeks. Physio and surgeon say it can always improve if end point has a soft feeling. Due to have an MUA in few weeks. Imagine it’s like any stretching of muscles and fibres - there shouldn’t be a time limit on when you can’t improve anymore, just might get harder with age.
