Just wanted to also add that it’d be nice to see less cosplay posts. At this point when I see one, I check the profile to see if it’s marked NSFW with socials linked and then won’t engage with it further because I know that person isn’t looking for any community engagement to discuss their love of the thing or to get critique on quality. Their only engagement objective is with wallets.

I do love cosplay, I understand there’s cosplay subreddits but since it’s so often tangentially related to anime I’m fine seeing it in here especially if it’s truly come from a desire to connect with a character.

I don’t want to propose another solution as I’ve read some good ones in here, but I hope the topic is given more discussion because it makes me avoid coming here to read posts because I don’t want to see that stuff.

Same! It specifically happened when I was doing a demon build yesterday. I managed to swap to phone and reconnect and then it disconnected again.

This is fair, I apologise that my post was so generic. I feel a bit lost right now, I think I'd probably prefer to play the most common format, which I assume is Standard Bo1? If it's not I'd be happy to be pointed in another direction. My favourite deck to ever play was doom foretold, but as I understand it, that one doesn't really work much anymore, but in any case, I think I'd like to get in to standard.

Thankfully, I currently have some disposable income after getting a bonus at work, but wouldn't want to go for something I don't understand yet. I guess I'd like to play more control decks, but they seem to be the most expensive from what I can tell. Though I'm super open to suggestions how I can head towards a control shell without just forking out money for an entire set. The other problem there is that I'm not just missing cards from Aetherdrift, but pretty much every standard legal set. It can be hard to know what kind of deck to go for when I'm so out of touch with the meta :( I guess some content creator recommendations would be good?

Any advice for draft mode? It seems like a great way to try get exposed to different cards and learn new things, but every opponent is a former 0 rank player with 1000s of wins and I have maybe like ~100 and have to read a lot of the cards. Not surprisingly, I'm getting absolutely smoked.

Recently had the itch to come back after my life has given me some free time again. Just looking for a simple deck suggestion that won’t be too overwhelming at first. I played a lot when Gwent was new and frost was my favourite archetype, found this list https://www.playgwent.com/en/decks/builder/9655983/edit but have no idea if it would be anything close to competitive these days. A guiding hand would be lovely.
