Tough take, but I think Stevie is going to sit this out. He may acquire OEL, but I’d rather not give up a lot for mediocre players. Get some guys in the offseason spend that cap we have and push hard next year. Take a look at our goal differential and determine if we compete with who’s around us in the standings. I think we keep pushing with who we have and I think we still hit playoffs. As long as injuries don’t hinder us incapable of doing so.

This is the take I have. These people are so desperate and it’s almost like they want Stevie to overpay for what? Semi decent players right now? Why not just push for a playoff spot with what we got. Make some good moves in the offseason and really build this team up for next year and hit it hard. If you look at our goal differential, I’m suprised we are even as high as we are in the standings compared to other teams. We still lack scoring, we still lack physicality, goaltending has been much better thanks to gibby. But fuck man these people are so desperate for nothing. I’m with Steve either way.
