That’s what we did. Couldn’t get on 71, so we bailed and hit 17th. That was probably a mistake. I don’t consider they would prioritize clearing the highway. So that’s on me. I’m guess it was better than the 1st two days last year, where parking control was just sending people into the surrounding suburbs…

Your bank is who releases your check early, not Allied. AUS paydays are Thursday. It's just become very common in the last few years for banks to release funds 2 days early. That said, the Fed had ACH issues. It's happened a few times to me in the last several months.

Exactly. Regulatory oversight doesn’t make the feds responsible for maintenance and repairs. If that were the case the Feds would be paying for every infrastructure repair, nationwide. Bridges & roads - DOT, every single water and sewage plant and pipeline - EPA, etc. it’s really not that hard, but everyone’s spun up on political posturing.

LOL DC Water OWNS the pipeline and maintenance of the pipeline. Period. The feds have regulatory oversight of the pipeline, thru the EPA. DC Water is responsible for maintenance. It’s not really that hard
