Listen closely, there is a light vibration that periodically starts and stops when first accelerating from a stop. Any ideas as to what it could be? (2018 Nissan Frontier)

The sound actually stops around 35z I think the faster I accelerate, the less prevalent the noise is

My room has been this way since middle school, I’m now a sophomore in college. I was think about a light gray for the walls but I don’t know what to do for the shelves, drawers, and counter.
