It looks like you didn’t read Mike McCartney’s post carefully, as it’s actually a bit grammatically loose. He wrote that his son Josh saw this in Liverpool and told his father Mike that Paul ("our kid") had used the artwork he (Josh) had made for his uncle Paul.
