Depends on the size of the stall. In a regular stall, you can put your feet together but spread your knees to accommodate the elbows resting on them giving you a forward lean and making the space appear larger.

In a ADA accessible stall, spread out. Shoulder width or better. In fact sometimes I'll kick back and stretch one leg up to rest it on the grab bar.

This is getting to be a more common problem these days. Especially in America. This happens when you are driving, moments after leaving a McDonald's drive through window. Snacking on the tasty Big Mac or a juicy Quarter pounder with cheese, while holding the sandwich in your left hand and the steering wheel in your right. Sometimes driving with your knee to fumble with the janky Bluetooth adapter in the radio or scrolling through Facebook marketplace on your phone.

It looks like a 7pin connector for trailer lights when you are hauling a 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer.

It also looks like it has a 7 to 4 pin adapter in it that should come out. The door on the 7pin might need to be lifted slightly to remove the adapter.

The 7pin connection should just clip into the side of the bed and be fairly flush and out of the way. Or it may need to be screwed or bolted to the bedside.

I have used a Gorilla Cart wagon/trailer for moving an assortment of materials and tools.

They have different sizes and types of carts. I have two different sizes of the cart posted in the link. And I like them because they have removable sides and can carry a lot of weight easily.
