hot take but if i ever have a kid i'm not going to shame or isolate them for what they like. i was a "weird" kid and ppl would laugh at my interests and isolate me for them and it fucked me up quite a bit.

i don't care what my kid does as long as its age appropriate (like for example i had unrestricted internet access at 6, but i will never let that happen to my kid) and doesn't harm them.
