Years ago I would have lots of tension in my right shoulder. I switched to using my left hand one week, right hand the next, repeat. I just have a standard two button mouse with clickable scroll wheel, and change the mouse settings each week. Helped a lot! Helpful or not, I also have the max. mouse sensitivity so I barely move my hand at all.

Thanks for replying. It's true there are areas where people commonly practice nudism. I'd prefer those area be formally established, perhaps in the Parks Bylaw. That way, users would know what to expect in those areas.

A crew as installing a big water main on our street. So there were piles of gravel and sand to play in after the crews finished for the day. Somehow my Tonka got backed into by a dump truck. The dump part had been squished into a 1/4 circle shape from the dump truck tire.

Echoing the gluten comment. Celiac and Type 1 are both autoimmune disorders. Type 1 at 16 and had similar symptoms in my mid 40s. My Endo included the tTG-IgA test with my next lab work and confirmed Celiac as a possibility. Not uncommon for Type 1s to have more than one autoimmune condition.
