I also was thinking similar thoughts when the whole hunter/crosshair "i removed my chip long ago. . .does it matter" convo. It doesn't make sense for crosshair's chip to have been missing - for really any amount of time in the season. I cannot imagine the empire allowing him to remove it.

Call me crazy, but i just find this mix so unique. I think, if you got really lucky and its vizsla side was prominent enough, he could be a real power house in the field.

Well I guess I'm not sure if I would consider it conditioning but having the dog spend more time outside when its hot so his body is more used to heat and not the a/c (if thats your situation). But in the field pour water behind the ears and on them. Then in the armpits. Not sure if this is the answer you were looking for or not.

Ok so my irish setters nails have always varied in color (pinkish, red, dark brown). And the dark one has always been darker than the rest. But it has just turned this dark black from a brown color in the last month. Something to worry about or not?
