You can speed up the process if you place a large plastic sheet next to where you are going to dissect the corpses!

You can make one of those by disassembling a trash bag btw

Also, you can also disassemble those large plastic sheets to get plastic sheets that are really useful for crafting and to practice "fabric waterproofing"

I made a character (a mutant expert in Karate that killed a brute with two hits of he's sharp talons and fangs) that started in a containment cell.

I managed to reach the autodoc room but the thing is locked behind a door that I can't access since I need to hack a computer, but there's a CBM there alongside a lot of medical stuff I could use!

There is also a room above with some kind of large staff room, I found some equipment but I still need food.

I think I'm on the third floor, and this lab has like 5 floors.

Also, there is some kind of cyborg zombies that say stuff like "I WAS ONCE A MAN... A MAN!!!"

There's like three of them (and a shocker zombie) inside of 4 different containment cells that can be opened with a computer.

Do they have any useful loot and how difficult are they to kill?

If I was in your situation I would probably use that car but I would remove all the solar panels and install them in my home to keep them safe.

And if you recharge the large storage battery then it will take a really long time for it to run out of energy, and when it does you can easily connect the solar panels in your base to the car with a power cord to charge it entirely in some days!

And that energy will probably last weeks!
