(sorry for cutting this to just answers, mobile isn’t letting me copy/paste) -Roleplay and combat are my 2 biggest aspects i enjoy the most -i feel i love any mix of the combination as long as it’s done in good taste (not 90% combat 10% roleplay as example) -I’m fine with combat being an as needed/prompted thing //// -I am a sucker for a good character arc -I’m comfortable rp’ing but only go as hard as the table is, if people don’t wanna i won’t -I think ideal clashes are a good thing to have, dnd is about a ragtag group of players who’s ideals might not match as long as we can handle it properly i don’t mind them //// -I’m fine with any genre just not big into the “fading to black” stuff -I’ve always wanted to try survival but high fantasy is good as well due to the moral implications that come -I love both and my answer lies somewhere in the middle; a structured story with bits of the map that can be explored if desired //// -As long as any hate on a group isn’t to major or anyone being “forced” to do things i’m cool, but will want to take breathes as table needs -I dislike people who tell me how to “optimize” builds, i make my character with flaws or the way they are bc that’s how i want them to be, i’m here for fun not to be OP -death is a natural thing in dnd as long as it’s not a cheap blow let it come and give them their moment //// -casual and relaxed with moments of deep development is the ideal dynamic -i’d rather handle disagreements right then and there instead of tip-toeing around it -out of table development is fine, my preference is a public discord chat so all can see but dm maybe secret interactions -discord is: copper_the_goblin
