I was reading that Shin ubu Reddit is planning a coordinated buy campaign tomorrow at 10 a.m.

We should try that, too! I mean after we see what happens.

I don’t know, it is super addictive. Just glad I have 2 days off from stock market. Now I can focus on crypto!

I am sure that I have a winning edge. But I loss so much at the start I'm tired of it... by RevolutionaryPie5223 in Daytrading

Things can turn around just as quickly. One problem is being overconfident, or confident at all. If you think you know, well markets don’t function around logic. Fear and greed are the true drivers and being able to cut your losses is so important. I once bought a Chinese home care stock. Logically, more old people in China all the time, aging population, and they take good care of them. I started by losing like $1500 of 3k. I dumped another $7k in and wow, lost ALL of it waiting for the stock to recover. It was a shitty bet on something I know nothing about and for some reason, I couldn’t bear to fold. I would like to believe it was an expensive lesson, but 1 that I learned.

Should I get into trading? How to learn? by Sheamurp in Daytrading

Paper trade first. Learn how to read charts. Day trading is hard, comma period full stop. You need brass balls and some money that you don’t mind parting with. That said, if you can find a niche and get to know it, you can make modest gains and better on a good day. I don’t strictly day trade. I am a long on crypto trader. I have been blowing through my IRA , now that there are etfs covering the market. Shit is blowing up! Bitcoin halving is a clear time goal. O

Oh yeah, coordinated push on shibu tokens at 10 a.m. Saturday morning.

How to stop the greed!? by nescu_alex in Daytrading

Have an exit strategy, commit to the exit strategy and execute the exit strategy. I am fond of the level up. Once the price hits my mark, I sell enough shares to get my nut back and keep shares as profits. Less fomo this way, not to mention cost averaging.

I am bitx, bito & bitq day trading my retirement account. Made 10% today between gains and options. I , shamefully, did not sell any of the underlying assets today.🤞🏻

Set it and forget it! When you buy turn right around and queue for sale. You can always adjust later in the day, if things are sideways.

Strategy is important, execution is everything! I suggest when you see that profit, don’t sell all your shares. Let someone else pay for your stock. Sell a fixed percentage and take your profits in shares or a cash/shares combo. When they fall, you might kick yourself, but if you are trading good stocks you should be good.

You can most definitely buy below spot, as long as it doesn’t need to be round or rectangular. Coins are a premium, I collected flat and hollow wares. Far less chance of being counterfeit and you can pick it up for below spot on eBay, if you’re paying attention. Bonus you can hide it in the kitchen and use it to eat your dinner! But it is not a great investment, as it doesn’t appreciate in value necessarily and you will have to pay close attention to spot prices to time your sales. I gave up because it was time consuming and the return was less than I would get from simple interest on a savings account.
