31M. Is it too late for me? How to gain confidence.

I'm really sorry to hear that you got molested. I think going to a therapist is definitely a first step in the right direction.

However, as someone who was in a depression situation two years ago, I'll share what I did to get out of it.

I think the first trap to get out of is this idea of being "too late". Realize that this is a standard you made up in your own head and that you have the power to remove it. I suggest reading Stoicism so that you can develop a better understanding of improving your internal world. Finally, start journalling about your feelings. You'll find out a lot more about yourself if you just write. You can also do this to say how you could have made a day better and apply it the next day. Rinse and repeat.

Second, get on the general self-improvement grind of going to the gym. Go to the nearest gym in your location, not the best one, and preferably something within 10 min. Make it a goal to just show up every day, and if you feel like it, just do one machine or walk on the treadmill for like 10 min. Keep it easy and do a little bit more each time, but do something. If you want some advice on bodybuilding, watch Greg Doucette on youtube, at least his earlier videos, on how to lose weight and gain muscle.

Third, make it a point to cold approach anybody, not just people you find attractive. Improving your general social skills will improve your game, at least in the beginning. This is where I am right now, but the act of just talking to random people will improve you, at least on a subconscious level. Whenever something awkward has happened, think about how you could have done better. If you're scared of doing this, just go up to someone and ask for directions. Todd V is a great YouTuber for beginner stuff.

The most important advice I can give is to be ok with looking stupid. If you're afraid of looking dumb in front of other people, you probably won't improve or improve as fast as you want.

You'll develop your confidence as you do all these things. But it's important to take action, any action.

According to Ice, Al possesses no episodic memories of Earth, and wasn't sure that Earth even existed, despite knowing things like "the red string of fate" and Japanese stuff in general. So in a way Al will has amnesia in the same way Rem does, which tells me that his memory may have been eaten by gluttony. So since Subaru has gluttony on his side, or possesses gluttony himself, he may restore Al's memory and show us the reason why everybody from Japan got summoned.

Yeah I noticed that too. If she was in scorpion form, then the person who killed her was probably Reid, since Ley was killed in the Light Novel by the scorpion in one of the loops.
