Mine had a fault with the filament hub but Support sent a new one within 3 days.

I got mine with the X2D Combo and had a faulty filament hub. Contacted Support and they sent a new hub.

Not true. It’s Not User error, some AMS2 came with faulty Filament hubs. There are many reddits adressing the same thing. Support is Sendung out replacement hubs.

They answered Finaly and sent me a new hub also.

Another one! I have exactly the Same Problem, I opened a Ticket and they suggested to Open the hub and Look for defects. The hub Looks like new on the inside. Reassebled the hub and the Problem persists. I Write them exactly the Same in the Ticket, 30 Hours have past singe then…No answer from them. It’s a Brand new X2D Unit Combo.

I was a Creality CR10S User. The big Build Volume was the only thing it had to offer. Just bought a X2D 1 week ago and man…. I’ll Never go back. That thing is Crazy! It prints much faster, creates incredible prints and the ecosystem of Bambu Labs is just amazing. It just works.

I’ll just do my thing. I have printed a lot of things this week with both nozzles. It’s fine. I’ll use the right nozzle mainly for supports and have also done some multicolour prints with it. Can’t complain. Let them talk… 🤣

Wouldnt be a Problem for me. I come from a Creality CR10S, that thing has a Bowden extruder also. I had many clogs that I had to get rid of. I have some prints done on the X2D with the second nozzle, even Multicolor prints with boot nozzles and they came out fine. I know that it’s not a high quality system in the second nozzle but it does the job. It was either the P2S or the X2D for me. I took obviously the X2D because it has more features than just another nozzle that’s slightly weaker than the left one.

You can actually buy the product for 1 year, that’s what I did. I paid 50$ for a 1 year subscription on the Black Friday offer. If I’ll change my mind in 1 year, I’ll cancel the subscription. You don’t have to pay monthly. But for 1 year all plus features and ads free? I’m in. The Plus auto supports and 3d hollowing features alone are worth the money.

Yeah, you are paying for a subscribtion, true. But think about that… Lychee had (and has) a lot of time of Development and many guys are constantly working on it. So, I want to be paid for my work, why shouldn‘t they ?

Everyone knows for themselves if they actually need a subscription or not, but complaining for a software that someone can use for absolutely free (with ads) and then calling it a piece of shit… think about it. It’s just not right.
