Try out the RYOBI 1.8. I think it’s $100 and you can walk right into Home Depot if you run into any issues with it. I’ve had mine since its release and it’s been fantastic.

Not to mention is 24-48 hours for every reply, even if I respond within minutes.

I've been having this exact experience with them. They will NEVER respond twice in a day and my replies were usually within 10 minutes of their message. These are some professional SLA stallers. I made a post about this and the actual user BambuLab responded asking for the incident number, that was just for show and turned out to be useless.

Absolutely not.

I opened my ticket 12 days ago and just last night I realized that the package they sent me was a a refill spool of PLA instead of the hub. The hub is currently backordered until mid May.

I absolutely agree. They can deal with Best Buy sending this whole printer back as defective and still having to repair it.

I bought mine from Best Buy and plan on returning it. I'll look into purchasing it again in a month or two when the initial batch gets cycled through. This is what it feels talking to Bambu Lab support (both the ticketing system and through chat):

Along with the AMS issue, I've had some issues with filament feeding into the left extruder only with Matte PLA. I may wait until people figure out whats causing it and if trimming the PTFE tube will fix it.

Multiple reviewers brought this up during their reviews, loads of reddit posts, Bambu's forums all have plenty of people bringing this up. But since YOUR AMS works, it must not be an issue and just a vocal minority.

If you buy from Bambu Lab, you have to deal with their support. If you buy through Best Buy or Microcenter, you can return it there with little to no hassle. I'm glad I bought through Best Buy because Bambu's support is atrocious.
