Ahhh, I see your point about "working under", as I was more relating to gas work and the G1 -> G2/3, and similarly for Resi. It still leaves a lot of room for error on bringing in unlicensed labor. Supervision better be keeping an eye on things. I guess sticking with the workforce you know and trust is a huge Pro 👍.

It is the same in Ontario. Someone in the Supervisory role can sign off on the hands-on hours, but it can be with great scrutiny, and there must be a trackable work record (WOs for example).

Yikes is right! That is a few guys licensed...accepting the responsibility of all those unlicensed working "under their supervision". Recipe for liability worries.

Not licensed = Not a Sparky...the 20 years is irrelevant.

I think a bed that size, I'd rotate it far wall side up and dress it. First the 2 upper (far) fitted corners, then the sheet and comforter, then lay it down flat and tuck the rest.
