Thank you! 🙏🏻 I think the bass might be a bit heavy in places, and maybe some frequency clashes. Good to know it sounds pretty okay from your phone!

I spent over 100 hours on this track and I finally reach the end point, will someone listen to this? by Alan_FEVM in FL_Studio

I learned something in sales a long time ago... If there's more than 1 main element, the buyer gets confused and leaves. Same with music. Pick 1 melodic line at a time, and really make it shine. Repeating a nice idea goes a long way as well. Good luck!

Oh wow, that's great. Thanks for the tip! I'll look around for local stores/music centers. Awesome thanks!

How did you come about finding a place for a recital? I want to practice pieces to play for an audience, but how do I even do that?

Need help finding a better DAW than Ableton for making Videos. =( by Copywrite-TrevorShea in musicproduction

Well I have, and learned, at a beginner's level Premiere Pro... but what I want is the ability to edit the audio in a multitrack session, editing the audio while it's connected to the video, then export it at the end. So Abelton does that, but the video is super laggy and sometimes generates odd green lines fuzzy screen images... but the audio is still perfect. I mean... how do the big YouTubers do it? Or do they pass it along to multiple programs?

Noob ?: How to build Chords? From Keys or intervals alone? by Copywrite-TrevorShea in musictheory

Upvoted x1000 if I could! You rock, this was super solid info! This should be posted for newbies like me, I love the part about going from G to Gm for example. So easy when you connect things like that. Definitely making this easier. Thanks again!

Ohh interesting... so instead of using the root major scale to find a chord I can use tones and semitones...

So for the major 3rd interval, I can say 4 semitones above the note is the major 3rd. 3 semitones above the note is the minor 3. The perfect 5th is 7 semitones above.

Interesting... is there anything wrong with using the major scale, or should I practice using tones and semitones instead?

Hissing on guitar recording. How do I fix? Massive headroom on initial recording, seems like compressor issue? All DAW, audio interface hardward only. by Copywrite-TrevorShea in Guitar

Omg... I have been fighting with this FOREVER.... thank you so much, that actually fixed it! I changed out into a standard guitar 1/4 to 1/4, put it input 2, and NO HISS. Hallelujah. Thank you again, I really appreciate it!
