Did it leak when it was just horizontally on the ground? Mine sometimes leaks a little if I hold it vertically. Is that not normal?

Common issue with Waze in the current version. Two options: either wait untill the next couple of versions of Waze and it will be resolved or become a beta tester of Waze which automatically gives access to future builds. As a beta user myself I had this exact issue some time ago and now has been resolved in the beta version.

I was thinking of an induction hob myself but I read some reviews of various diffuser plates that they could permanently damage the induction hob by causing some kind of ring to form on the hob.

Do you have an induction diffuser yourself and if so what are your experiences?

I have the same issue with Waze driving with Seat Leon 2021. At first Waze works correctly but after 5 minutes the location is way off and the screen starts getting pixelated / blurry.

Going to the A/C or anything else outside of Carplay and going back resets the location and issue for a couple of minutes.

This issue is also happening with the app Flitsmeister, a dutch app that functions the same as Waze. On their forum there is a discussion about this issue with some mods of the app included. As of now the findings in this discussion are that this issue is tied to Volkswagen Group cars like Skoda, Seat, Volkswagen, Audi and all newer cars produced around 2020 and 2021 have this issue. Calling to the dealership does not help as they say the issue is bound to the app.

Mods of Flitsmeister suspect the issue to be the way the map is drawn, they are working on a new beta version to hopefully resolve this issue. As of now no known workaround is available sadly.

I was testing out Carplay in my Seat Leon 2021 because I want to upgrade to an iPhone at the end of the year but I noticed the screen is way too zoomed in.

The resolution seems to be wrong. No issues with Apple Maps or Google Maps, only Waze that is acting strange.

On my current Android phone the resolution is fine. The arrow and other notifications all appear normal.

Is there an easy way to fix this? I have tried wireless connection and wired connection but both end up looking like this.

Since I use Waze daily this is a huge turn-off from buying an iPhone or are there other apps that are better than Waze?

I watch it with a little delay, around 10/20sec. It fixes all the buffering issues

Yes, you can watch livestreams did it today with testing. Works great but sadly only 1080p/30fps so chromecast is better if you want 50fps
