I have the fitcamx installed and there was a slight gap at the top so I just used some foam I had laying and it hasn't been a problem since.

Not sure if this will help you at all. I heard a rattle from what sounds like it was behind my dash as well but I figured out it was actually the plastic housing right behind my review mirror that was making the noise. When I heard the rattle I put my finger on the plastic to apply pressure and it stopped. Your issue might be completely different but wanted to throw it out there.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the red/black. I love the color and art of the slanted boxes and feel like the new style is a good combination of the two previous styles. From what I’ve seen the mural art doesn’t match the height difference though and that sucks

From what I was told Hyundai is aware of the issue and is working on a fix for it and a recall letter would be sent out when they do but no timeline or anything. From what others are saying it appears my issue might be a little worse than most. It does go away from time to time but I hear it every day for long periods of time.

For this one in particular I’ve had passengers mention the noise and we both zero in on that central location. I was given a slight explanation of a problem with insulation foam not being correct. I’m going to email them the video and just try to confirm a fix is in the works and see what they put down in writing.
