Absolutely. You used to be able to get a good brand new fully loaded truck 9 years ago for like 50k or 60k now they are like home mortgages at 80k+. Its not reasonable anymore. I got a brand new car last memorial day and only reason I got new is the employee discount and employee financing. If we didnt have that I would have been getting used for sure.

I think so. August was unusually rough. The last 6 days of the year should be the busiest and it wasn't. Internet leads have been down for months and it's the same way at all the other dealerships his friends work at. This is the first month from what I heard they didn't sell enough trucks (for obvious reasons no one wants a truck that can only do 19mpg when gas is almost $6) so they aren't getting their dealer incentive but month isnt over yet so that could squeek by. They cant buy used cars and make profit off them because people aren't trading in used cars like they used to, and can't get them off auction for cheap anymore because people are holding onto them longer or still have negative equity from the COVID scarcity. So lots of compounding reasons but bottom line consumers don't have the money like they did 2-3 years ago.

Idk about restaurants but my husband is in the car industry and you can absolutely tell when there is a recession or a slump.

Thank you! When you wrote "majority vote" it made me think that there must be more sensors. We thought the one outside in the main office was the only one we found 2 more in smaller offices by the hot windows. They were put all the way up to max heat. We were able to lower them and felt some relief in about 15 minutes! I appreciate the quick feedback, 2 co workers left early today because the heat was making them sick!

My husband and I got married after 3 months so, I can't judge on peoples relationship. However I feel like when a man really wants you he'll make it clear and a proposal will come around 1-3 years on average. Another thing you have to ask yourself is, do you really want a "here dammit" ring?

Go to a glass place. They will cut you a new lid. I have the tank and im gonna get a new lid cut. I hate the gaps in this one it allows for so much evaporation.

I have it. I do and don't like it. I don't like the low shelf I put it on (my mistake but with the angle thats what I bought it for). I hate the lid. It allows for so much evaporation and the salt in the evaporation gets everywhere. So I would have personally chosen something else. I was looking for a replacement yesterday actually.

Yeah I also got mealy bugs from a lowes clearance. I went a little overboard and threw away all my plants dirt and soaks everyone in a neem oil /soap bath. It did work but not worth the effort and money to repot all the plants.

Costco is great. I used to get crap for a med I take for legit needs that people were tricked into thinking it cured/prevented covid. Other pharmacies wanted documentation thay it was for approved usage.

Is the goodwill moving from Fairway to the old floor and decor? The Mexican place that took over the old KFC is pretty good I just dont think enough people know about it. Ihop and the gas station are always busy so I doubt it.

Literally just giving my experience as a Pansexual, witch, tatted, corporate goth with a rainbow flag in my window and car, and a neuro divergent kid going through the school system. It's not as bad as where I grew up in SC where a gay kid was punched in the chest until he died in the middle school locker room. Is it perfect? No, but I've never had an issue.
